Pricing Overview

• $150 - Deposit

• $800 - Digital CD

• $50 - Additional Copies

• $150 - Engagement Session

• $250 - Family Session

• $50 - Hourly Rate

• $.55 - Mileage Rate 

Deposit: Required  ($150)

           The deposit is non-refundable and is due to reserve your wedding date. This $150 is separate from the total order price. The deposit is due as soon as you decide to use me as your photographer. If you wait too long to hold your date, I may not be available. So please do not wait until the last minute.

Digital CD: Required -Paid prior to the start of the wedding. ($800)

          You will receive a digital CD of all the photographs taken. It includes the Bridal Portraits, the day of the wedding ceremony and the reception.

 

 ◊Bridal portraits – This is a photography session before the actual wedding day. It is all about the bride, a portrait session of the bride in her wedding dress. These ideally will be taken outdoors and should be scheduled in advance. For example, if you have an appointment with your hair dresser to “practice” your wedding hair-do, try to schedule the bridal session on the same day. This way your look will be the same as your wedding day.

        If you would like additional copies of the CD’s for your parents or friends, they are $50 per copy. No copies will be received by other family or friends until the bride and groom have seen the wedding photos. Unless approved by the bride.

Engagement Portraits - Paid the day of the Engagement session. ($150)

          An engagement portrait session included for only $150. These can be done indoors and/or outdoors. You will receive this session on a separate digital CD.

Family Portraits - Paid the day of the Family session ($250)

          A family portrait session included for only $250. These can be done indoors or outdoors depending on the size of your family. Portraits will be taken of the individual families and also other breakdowns (mom/bride, dad/bride, siblings, etc.). You will receive this session on a separate digital CD.

Mileage: - Paid prior to the start of the wedding. ($.55)

           Mileage is calculated from my residence to where your wedding and reception is held and back (round-trip). Weddings farther than 120 miles out of town may require a lodging fee. The lodging fee varies on the location of the wedding. If you want me to come to the rehearsal that mileage will be added also.

Hourly rate: Paid prior to the start of the wedding ($50)  

              Wedding day only. Charged hourly after my fifth hour of service. For example, if I start at 10am for a 12n wedding, you will pay this hourly fee starting at 3:01pm. The amount of time that you want me at your wedding needs to be determined before the wedding day. So I have an idea of what to expect and you know what your expenses will be.

Albums: Optional - Paid when you order.

           The albums I put together are not your typical wedding albums - they are way COOLER! Instead of having to print photographs, buy mats and an album, your photos will be directly printed on the pages of a bound book. Albums can be purchased at cost plus an hourly rate for the time it takes me to design your unique story. 

Prints: Optional - Paid when you order.

            Order prints of specific poses. I will get them printed for you.
